Chronic Fatigue &
Major Depression
- I Found The Way Out !

Introduction
When I was about 10 years of age, I was saddened to lose one of my older brothers to suicidal depression and another is still suffering paranoia schizophrenia to this day. Yes, I wanted answers.  After gaining some insight studying abnormal psychology at university I was alas struck with Chronic Fatigue with Major Depression. Yes, my emotions had gone numb, forehead tight with high anxiety, chronic bodily pains and physically exhausted all the time. So most of my time was spent in bed. Medical specialists with their prescription medicines brought little relief but an alternative treatment for three months brought me back to my bubbly self.  Since then, I have had 3 lapses until I found the ultimate biochemical solution in 2006. I have since helped friends and 2 family members recover from this dreadful debilitating health condiition.
Not a Dreadful Disease No More!
My personal experiences with Chronic Fatigue with severe depression has convinced me that one of its causes has to do with inborn "power plants" called mitochondria of the brain and nervous system that have gone "flat" thus not supplying sufficient cellular energy for synthesis of essential neurotransmitters, hormones etc. Just as a flat car battery can stall a flash looking car, our nervous system from the brain to the toe can also malfunction thus affecting brain, organs and body functioning. This occurs when synthesis of neurotransmitters become deficient and when they fall below the critical levels, a person will start experiencing a wide range of symptoms such as depression, negative thinking to suicidal thoughts, immune dysfunctioning, no appetite, sleeplessness, debilitating fatigue, headaches and bodily aches and even organ/s dysfunctioning. I shall call it Acute Neurotransmitters Deficiency Syndrome (ANDS). Logically, the severity of one's chronic fatigue with depression correspond to the level of neurotransmitters deficiencies.

By working out my recovery retrospectively, I discovered that
deficiences of the essential co-enzymes Q10 and NADH in the "power houses" or mitochondria were causing my brain cells to malproduce neurotransmitters deficiently. When taking the bioavailable supplements of Q10 and NADH led to speedy recovery within a month, it convinces me that these coenzymes that work in mitochondria must be the answer! Yes it is reasonable to conclude that these 2 coenzymes that could cross the "blood brain barrier" into the brain cells and into the mitochondria to produce more cellular energy to the "factories" or ribosomes allow more synthesise of neurotransmitters!!!
The Brain Cells Require Q10 and NADH
Scientists have established that the trillions of brain cells require two important "fuels" to make them work. They are the coenzymes Q10 and NADH. Interestingly our brain can synthesise these molecules daily but inborn defective genes and stressful events can affect production of these fuels. Also the  demands of daily life can deplete their supplies faster than their production hence causing deficiency. Thus, when their quantities become low, the synthesis of neurotransmitters also become less leading to  ANDS. Like a flat battery that stalls a car, an ANDS sufferer can stay in this condition for years without effective treatment. The good news is bioavailable Q10 and NADH supplements are made available by scientific processing and thus they can be orally taken to get the brain cells' "powerhouses" firing to full capacity again!

The Homeostasis Factor

Once the celllular energy part is take care of, we need to know that our nervous system works by excitation and inhibition and then returning to stable equilibrium condition called
homeostasis. For example, food in the stomach will activate gastric juice release after which it stops when the stomach is empty. Due to genetic reasons, some of us have difficulty getting the inhibition side to work so we remain on "excitation mode" which uses up a lot of neurotransmitters and our brains are still very active even though we may feel very fatigued. Then nights of "sleep debt" will contribute to further neurotransmitters deficiences leading to Acute Neurotransmitters Deficiencies Syndrome (ANDS). Fortunately, sedative medications like lorazepam can arrest this trend. For mild cases, some dietary supplements like valerian or lactium can be effective. As mine is very serious, I take my lorazepam daily to maintain homeostasis of my nervious system just as a diabetic takes his insulin daily for life. It's good my doctor is understanding

The ANDS Solution

Multivitamin  +  Q10  +  NADH  +  Sedative

(75mg daily)      (10mg daily)          (if necessary)

(I purchase my Q10 from
Healthpost NZ and NADH from Birkmayer NADH USA )

Scientific Backing and Clinical Studies

Clinical studies of those taking NADH supplements have shown increased brain activity
(see SPECT  PHOTOS). Also clinical studies with 205 depressed patients saw an increase production of the neurotransmitters serotonin, dopomine and noradrenalin. My friend's wife who suffered severe postnatal depression for 9 years and on maximum dosage of SSRI antidepressants, recovered completely within 2 months using my formula without sedative in 2006. She came off the antidepressants easily with no withdrawal symptoms. Her good friend with bipolar disorder also fully recovered. While SSRI builds up concentration of serotonin in the brain after a few weeks, my formula boosts not only serotonin production to normal levels but also the countless of other types of neurotranmitters for the brain to function normally.

NADH --->
Conclusion
My personal experiences with Chronic Fatigue with major depression, hundreds of hours of internet research and successes of those using my ANDS Solution speak volumes. This solution targets the nerve cells of the brain and the nervous system. I have experienced the worst depression with chronic fatigue possibly experienced by anyone. Now I live a vibrant productive life. I am still predisposed to this condition but I take my formula daily and this has enabled me stay on top of it. This simple solution can be liken to sailors in the past that died from scurvy but those that took lemons containing vitamin C  recovered miraculously! I always remember that it wasn't a scientist that discovered the chromosomes and genes; it was a highly intelligent priest and therefore I have a say on this subject!!
